Forrester ResearchKeynote Summary:
Every executive knows that customers matter. Yet most companies don’t approach customer interactions in a disciplined way.
How Does Your Marketing Measure Up?
Join us for a series of concise and valuable strategy sessions that provide great ideas and usable tactics that you can take away and use to help you manage and measure your company’s marketing and communications programs. OCRI Zone5ive offers events and a web portal that are managed with community input from people who are passionate about the field of marketing.
To develop the year’s program, we consult with members and advisors to help us measure our own Zone5ive campaign, identify who’s looking for what tools and the best way to get the message out. We found that our members are looking for the same things we are…measurable, successful tricks of the trade that deliver results and get to the right audience at the right time.
When Do We Meet?
Zone5ive congregates regularly each month except during the summer period. The home base for OCRI Zone5ive is Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Drive, Nepean (always check for any location change). The tightly adhered to program offers a one hour period for lunch and networking between 11:45 and 12:30. The presentations, including questions and answers, occur during the next hour with a guarantee that participants will be able to leave for other business at 1:30 sharp.
